Thinking that I would like to be able to listen to and discover poetry like I listen to and discover music. I had the idea of Pandora for poetry the other day. Others have thought of it too. The Poetry Foundation has a mobile app that groups poems by themes, but I want to hear the poetry. I want to hear the poetry read aloud. While there exist impressive resources of audio recordings, I haven’t yet found the algorithm for unearthing those nuggets of language that make my spirit soar. If anyone figures it out, let me know.
