Here’s the situation. A person signs up to download a video from the website where I work. They get an email with instructions on how to download the video.

One person responds to that email: i didnt find out what suhur is though!!!!

Not sure what suhur is myself, I reply: Hello, I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

Days later, the person writes: i was referring to the video! anyway i found it!

Still confused, I live it be, nonetheless satisfied that the person seems to have found a resolution. I also try to figure out what suhur is. It seems to have something to do with a Ramadan fast. Then, a couple of days later: hey, u didn’t reply to me!

More confused, I respond again: I’m not sure what you are referring to now. In your last email, you stated that you found what were looking for.

The person comes back: i did not find what i was looking for!

Things go like this sometimes. I respond with explicit instructions on how to download the video again and asking for further clarification if the video is not what they are looking for. I’m hoping the situation is resolved.
